Darren Jones has been involved with real estate for more than 5 years, both as a property owner and as a CRM consultant and creator of real estate IDX websites. With over 17 years of professional experience in web and digital marketing at some of the world’s leading investment management firms, Darren brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computing and Information Systems from London Metropolitan University, plus a Level 4 Diploma in Copywriting from the Blackford Centre of Copywriting. Additionally, he has had training in multifamily transaction analysis.
As a real estate wholesaler focused on multifamily properties, Darren understands that while some investors seek to acquire more property, some landlords aim to be relieved of property that has become a physical or financial burden. His role is to help both burdened property owners and eager investors attain their goals with minimal time and trouble.

On a personal note, Darren was born in London, lived in the Caribbean, and now resides in California with his wife. His own real estate portfolio includes homes in London, the Caribbean, and California. Darren loves to travel and enjoys fishing with friends and family, especially when visiting the Caribbean. He’s a soccer fan who supports Arsenal Football Club and is fond of jazz, hip-hop, and reggae music. Darren believes music is vital for relaxation and always accompanies his favorite activities, including shopping online, chilling at the beach, working out at the gym, cooking, and spending time with his wife and their playful Yorkie, Joey.
